Katherine vs. Charles excerpt

Katherine was a woman who taught these young women how to be themselves. Charles Dickens excerpt is showing that facts are facts and nothing else. Katherine did show facts but there are opinions that lead to those facts. This is why she taught it in a way she made the girls interested in which they expressed their inner thoughts about their assignments. The excerpt sounds like a teacher that would be angry at someone for either stating their opinion or disagreeing with a fact. Katherine showed that opinions are meant to be told and that disagreeing is not a bad thing. If Katherine were to hear this man there would be serious conflicts causing a debate in teaching. Learning facts is a great thing since you do learn about new things. If you just learn just facts then that is how your brain will think. Now if you learn the opinion behind those facts then that is where it will get all of us to think on something and make our brains work than to learn something plain and makes us just seem bold.

Mona Lisa Smile Thoughts

The movie Mona Lisa Smile was wonderful and inspiring. I liked almost everything about it but what caught my eye the most was how it ended. This was a bout a woman who showed her students the choices they can make in life. She expressed that through her teaching , and she bonded with her students getting to know them better. The theme of the movie for me was always be yourself. It was rarely repeated throughout the movie but this was the one lesson that went through every character. This showed the girls that there is more in life then just to do what ever you want. They learned many lessons and had to choose a correct choice to follow. I would recommend this movie to anyone.

Mona Lisa Smile Trailer thoughts

My thoughts on what the Mona Lisa Smile movie would be about is about a lady that works in an all girl school in which all the girls are very smart. Noticing this all the girls take that as an advantage and think they can do anything they want. The teacher is going to have to face the facts on how she is going to deal with this.

Levels of Exams

Exams have many different difficulties in different levels. Usually the lower the level the easier the exam and the the higher the level the harder the can is. Depending on strengths and weaknesses, some people may find that lower level exam of math is harder than the higher level. People have different perspectives and ways that they learn through these exams. By looking closely through these perspectives they find ways to prepare for these exams. Studying is the number one priority. People have different methods in which helps them in studying their criteria. My thoughts on this is, it is better to study more on a subject that you struggle in and study less on what you advance in. For example you may be good at math but you struggle comprehending a reading section of the exam. I am not saying do not study for your math, I am saying just study for a little bit and have more time to study the reading. Exams can be difficult, including if it is your first time. Usually certain tests, such as the SAT, give you an opportunity to retake it. For example, you might have thought the SAT was hard the first time you take it, but it is common for many students. This helps relieve any test anxiety they have and gives you a first look of the test. With this, you can now study and prepare yourself for those sections and do better a second time. Exams are hard but it is how you choose to take it. Studying is a way to help us and by doing this, exams become more easier since you gain the knowledge.
